All bggame accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to player funds held in their bggame wallet.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the player's bggame wallet in real time upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer to process depending on the sending institution's clearing times. bggame is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification (see Section 3.3). Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bggame reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) KYC documentation has not been provided or is under review; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse associated with the account; (c) the account is subject to an active investigation; or (d) the withdrawal would reduce the account balance below any active wagering requirement threshold. Players will be notified of any withdrawal hold and the reason for it.

Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to latency between real-world events and the Platform's data feeds. bggame uses best efforts to ensure odds and market availability reflect current match status, but accepts no liability for bets placed based on information that may have been subject to transmission delays. In-play markets may be suspended or withdrawn at any time at bggame's discretion.
All casino games — including slots, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Pappu, Monster Hi-Lo, live dealer tables, and crash games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or licensed live dealer studio feeds. Game outcomes are independent and unpredictable. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are published where available.
bggame reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed using incorrectly priced or erroneously listed odds due to a technical error; (b) the relevant event was cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise did not reach a natural conclusion; (c) the bet was placed in bad faith or in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour; or (d) a game or system error occurred during the relevant session. Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used solely for account management, fraud prevention, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes. bggame does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil these purposes and in accordance with applicable data retention obligations.
bggame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) bggame is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction; (c) bggame has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or (d) the account has been inactive for a prolonged period in accordance with bggame's dormant account policy.
Upon closure of your account for breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, net of any amounts owed to bggame, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fraud clearance procedures.
